If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please ask when phoning the day before arrival. This will depend on other guest bookings at the time.

Please note that Queen’s Cottage is a fully self-contained cottage so we do not live on-site.

SPECIAL EARLY BIRD BOOKINGS

Early bird discounts apply for bookings made 60 days in advance.  The discount amounts to $10 per night.
The online booking service will automatically detect and apply the discount when the calendar dates match the criteria.

WEEKEND BOOKING RESTRICTIONS

Minimum 2 night stay over Friday and Saturday nights.

PARKING

Please note that access to Queen’s Cottage carpark is on Yettie Road, just around the corner as you turn onto Yettie Road from Queen Street, Williamstown.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival, booking dates may be changed to an alternative date.

If you do not arrive or stay for the entire number of nights that have been booked, no refund will be given.

We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.

NON SMOKING POLICY

Queen’s Cottage is a strictly non-smoking Cottage.
Guests are welcome to smoke outside and an ash tray is provided for your convenience. We will charge a $200 cleaning fee to the guest’s account if smoking occurs inside the Cottage.

PROPERTY DAMAGE & CLEANING

We understand that accidents happen but any willful damage, excessive untidiness, mess and odours will incur payment by the guest of the replacement costs of the damage.
